Subscription and Billing

Review your plan, usage, invoices, and spending controlsEdit

Open Admin → Subscription to see your organization's plan, usage, and estimated bill. Projects in the same organization share allowances; separate organizations do not.

Subscriptions apply to Supercheck Cloud. Self-hosted deployments have no subscription or usage limits. See Pricing for current Cloud prices, allowances, and overage rates.

What counts toward usage?

The table below applies to paid Cloud subscriptions. Trial allowances last for the trial and have no overage charges; full trial investigations count when started. See Pricing for trial details.

Allowances reset on your monthly billing date and do not roll over. AI SRE triage, Copilot chat, and evidence briefs do not consume full-investigation units. AI credits have no paid overage.

Review and manage billing

Check the estimate

Review your plan price and measured overages in Subscription. Discounts, credits, taxes, and plan-change proration can change the final invoice.

Set spending controls

Configure overage alerts and an optional spending limit. Owners and organization admins can review usage and update billing settings.

Open the billing portal

The organization owner selects Manage Subscription to view Polar invoices, update payment details, or change the subscription. Checkout and resubscription are also owner-only.

Spending limits cover overages

The subscription fee is separate. Optional blocking stops new billable executions and full investigations after the limit is reached; basic uptime checks continue. Work already admitted or running can still accrue usage. The limit is not a guaranteed cap on your final invoice.
